Terms of Service

Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of SermonStudio. By accessing or using SermonStudio, you agree to be bound by these Terms. SermonStudio is operated by SermonStudio and is currently available to users in the United States. These are version 0.1 terms, subject to change before general availability.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use SermonStudio.

Acceptable Use

You may use SermonStudio for personal sermon preparation and legitimate ministry use. You agree not to:

• Resell access to SermonStudio or allow unauthorized third parties to use your account
• Use automated means to scrape, index, or extract data from SermonStudio
• Use SermonStudio to generate content for mass distribution without disclosure
• Upload content you do not have the right to process
• Use SermonStudio in any way that violates applicable law

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or store in SermonStudio — including sermon manuscripts, recordings, and transcripts. By using SermonStudio, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to deliver the service to you.

Your content is not sold to third parties. Your content is not disclosed to third parties except as required to deliver the service (for example, passing sermon audio to a third-party transcription or analysis service). Your content is not used to train AI models.

AI Processing and Transcript Retention

SermonStudio uses third-party AI services to process sermon audio, generate transcripts, and produce analysis results. When you upload or ingest a sermon, that audio may be passed to a third-party AI service as part of delivering the analysis and review features.

Sermon transcripts are retained for the duration of your account and a reasonable period thereafter.

You should not upload sermon content that contains information you do not have the right to have processed by third-party AI services.

Third Parties

SermonStudio uses third-party services to deliver the product, including authentication providers, hosting infrastructure, and AI processing services. Each third-party service operates under its own terms and privacy policies. SermonStudio is not responsible for the terms or practices of third-party services.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated content at any time by contacting hello@sermonstudio.ai. We will process deletion requests within a reasonable time.
